Registration rules

• Registration deadline is 29/02/2024

• Payment deadline is 15/03/2024 edit waiting for late registration info, deadline will be moved forward to give you enough time to organize payment (please note we will ask single payment for groups)

• Participation fee is 300 €. Fee is the same for players and visitors. 

The fee includes:

• 1. Transport from and to airport on Friday afternoon and Sunday morning

  2. Two nights in a shared double or triple room with breakfast

  3. Friday light buffet dinner

  4. Saturday lunch box

  5. Saturday dinner and ceremony

  6. Event T-shirt and gadgets  😉
     
     

Single rooms

Single rooms are highly discouraged so please ask us only if you really can't avoid it.

We need to add an extra fee of 64 € for single room, so the EVS 2024 fee will be of 364 €.

Triple rooms

We'll apply a reduction fee of 8 € for each person in a triple room, so the EVS 2024 fee will be of 292 €.

Note: all green bold fields are mandatory, included place and date of birth (italian police rules)

Things you agree to when registering

1. Take pictures during EVS 2024 weekend.

2. Publication of your pictures on the tournament website.

3. Publication of your pictures on the EVS-HQ website.

4. Publication of your pictures on the EVS vrienden FB closed group.

5. The organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, damage or loss during the tournament weekend.
